Installing the Software

Visit http://support.asus.com/download/ and download the Powerline utility. To
install the software:
1. Double-click Installer.bat.
. Follow the Installation Wizard to install the ASUS PL-X51P / PL-X5P utility.
. Click Close to finish.
After installing the application, double-click the PL-X51P / PL-X5P icon to launch

Troubleshooting Tips

Q: The PL-X51P / PL-X52P utility ca���t detect a�y p�werli�e devices �� the
network.
A. Press the Reset button on the PL-X51P / PL-X5P to restore factory default
Q: After cha�gi�g the �etw�rk �a�e usi�g the PL-X51P / PL-X52P utility, the
powerline adapters stopped communicating with each other.
A. To restore connection between powerline adapters, do the following:
1. Launch the PL-X51P / PL-X5P utility and select the Privacy tab.
. Click Use Default (Public Netw�rk).
. Click the Main tab and check that the utility detects all the devices on your
powerline network.
