• Tilt the machine backwards to gain access to the bleeding point (6).
• Loosen the screw carefully in such a way that the tank is vented
fluently.
• Check the manometer (5). When the tank pressure has dropped
below 0.7 bar, the screw can be removed completely.
• Tilt the machine forward and let the moisture flow from the tank.
Move the tank a few times so that all moisture can flow from the
tank.
• Re-insert the screw and tighten it securely.
Always make sure that all the moisture has been drained
from the tank. Never fully close the bleeding point if you
leave the machine in an area colder than 0 °C.
MAINTENANCE
Warning: switch off the machine before carrying out
maintenance work, remove the plug from the socket and
bleed the tank.
Every use
1. Bleed the tank and drain the moisture.
2. Check for air leaks.
Weekly

Air escapes from the tank
• Check if the screw of the tank bleeding point is tightened.
Pressure is too high
• Check if the hose is connected to the correct valve.
• Re-adjust the pressure.
Pressure cannot be adjusted
• Set the pressure to the lowest level.
• Allow the air to escape through the valve of the tank.
• Set the pressure to the required level.
Coupling leaks air
• Connect the air hose with Teflon tape wrapped around the end.
• Apply a small amount of grease to the coupling and move the air
