OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Always follow manufacturer's recommended procedure for engine removal.
•
Do not exceed rated capacity (1500 lb / 680 kg).
•
Do not use if any part of the support structure is broken, split or cracked.
•
Do not make any alterations to the engine crane.
•
Use only on a hard, level surface.
•
Make sure load is at lowest point before moving.
•
Only use slings, levellers, chains or other attachments with a greater capacity
than the weight of load.
•
Attach engine leveller unit to engine hoist or other proper engine pulling
device.
•
Connect four engine leveller chain ends to four points on engine to be
removed.
•
Use the crank handle to angle or straighten the lifting load to meet needs.
•
Do not allow load to drop or swing sharply, as instability or loss of load may
occur.
•
NEVER perform work on engine while it is on
leveller. Always transfer to engine stand or
similar product before work on or inspection of
engine.
•
Failure to heed to these warnings may result in
loss of load and damage to the leveller, as well
as personal injury or property damage.

1-YEAR REPAIR WARRANTY
This MAXIMUM product carries a one (1) year LIMITED warranty against defects in
workmanship and materials. This product is not guaranteed against wear or breakage
due to misuse and/or abuse.
The following are excluded from this 1-Year Repair Warranty:
a) Missing or damaged parts or components that are a result of abuse or misuse;
b) Any wear and tear to non-critical parts or accessories that do not affect the core
function of the product.
