ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to starting to assemble this product, remove all parts from shipping container
and separate as shown in the Parts List. Become familiar with each part prior to
assembly to ease the process.
•
Insert M12 threaded rod (B) through one M12 washer (K) before inserting through
15 mm holes in either end of main body (A). Note: M12 rod must be threaded
through coupler before reaching opposite end of main body.

Place one M12 washer (K), spacer (C) then a second M12 washer (K) over the end of

threaded rod (B) which does not have the welded end and extends past end of
main body (A). Secure with one M12 nut (E).
Note: take out all slack but do not tighten.
•
Add one M12 spring washer (J) and screw crank arm (D) onto the end of threaded
rod (B) against M12 nut (E) from Step 2. Add a second M12 spring washer (J) and

secure with M12 nut (E). Tighten by turning nut clockwise while turning crank arm
(D) counter-clockwise. Pull the two tight to lock into position.
•
Pass M10x30 bolt (F) through one M10 washer (L) and the remaining hole in crank
arm (D). Place M10 spring washer (M) between crank handle (G) and M10 nut (I).
lnstall crank handle (G) onto bolt (F) and secure with M10 nut (I).
Prior to using your engine leveller, review vehicle manufacturer's instructions for
removal of engine and proper lifting position, if available.
