The oven racks are removable and can be positioned in
any of the seven oven rack positions. Each oven rack
has a built-in stop to prevent it from accidentally being
pulled completely out. Proper positioning of the oven
racks will provide the best cooking results. The diagram
to the right shows the rack positions.
• Do not cover an oven rack with aluminum foil.
This will disturb the heat circulation, resulting in
CAUTION
poor baking.
• Do not place aluminum foil on the oven bottom because it could cause
damage.
• Arrange the oven racks only when the oven is cool.
• When placing an oven rack in the topmost rack position (position 7), make sure
the rack is stably situated on the embossed stop.

Centering the baking pans in the oven will
produce better cooking results.
•
When baking multiple items, make sure to
leave a 1 to 1.5 in (2.5 to 3.8 cm) space
around each item.
•
When baking on multiple racks, place the
oven racks in positions 2 and 5.
•
When convection baking on multiple racks,
place the oven racks in positions 2 and 5.
•
Place two pans in the rear of the top rack and the other two pans in the front
of the bottom rack.
Proper positioning of food items in the oven will help you achieve the best
cooking results.
