General use

 The unit is always on. It was designed to allow a precise and fast intensity adjustment of the
different LED illuminators.
 The box automatically saves the last lighting intensity used by the operator (a short delay <1
second is required before the device can be powered off).
 You can independently turn the illuminators on or off. To do this, push the On/Off switch of
the corresponding illuminator ; 7), 9) or 11).
 The light intensities can be adjusted by turning the knobs 6), 8) and 10)
 Each lighting has a coarse and fine mode. To switch from one to another, press the
corresponding intensity button, ie; 6), 8) or 10).
 Coarse mode (indicator light 4) = green), to quickly reach the desired illuminating range.
 Fine mode (indicator light 4) = orange), about 10x plus more sensitive, for optimum contrast
control of the image.
 By default, when the device is switched on, the coarse mode is active.
Use of incident light sectors
Our 6-sector ring light incident illuminators (Ø25 or Ø40) offer the possibility to illuminate samples
selectively
by controlling light by sectors. This makes it possible to highlight different contrasts
according to the angle or the surface state of the part to be observed. To change the sector
position, press button 5) successively until you obtain one of the 8 available configurations. The
incident light sectors are reset to 0 (all sectors switched on) during ignition so as not to disturb
users.
