IMPORTANT: If the compressor cooler cuts out prematurely, this may be due to the
battery protection level being set too high. Consider lowering the battery protection
level.
• When the compressor cooler is connected to the starting battery of your vehicle, then
it is recommended to have the battery monitor set to "H3".
• When the compressor cooler is connected to an auxiliary/secondary battery, then it
is recommended to have the battery monitor set to "H1".
1.
Connect and switch on the compressor cooler.
2. Press the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons at the same time for about five seconds. "H1",
"H2" or "H3" will flash on the display.
3. Then, press the "UP" or "DOWN" button to select the battery monitor level "H1", "H2"
or "H3", to protect your vehicle battery. "H2" is set as default.
4. The selected monitor level "H1", "H2" or "H3" will flash on the screen for a few
seconds after being set and the screen will flash a few times before showing the
current temperature again.
SETTING THE COMPRESSOR COOLER OPERATING MODE
1.
To set the operating mode, tap the "SET" button twice in succession.
2. The letters "HH" or "ECO" will flash on the screen.
3. Then, use the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons to select the desired mode. The letters "HH"
or "ECO" of the operating mode will flash on the display for a few seconds.
4. Finally, the system displays the current temperature on the screen again.
• High speed (HH) mode: the temperature decreases much faster than in the ECO
mode. The high-speed indicator will illuminate a red light and display "HH" when the
compressor cooler is running on high speed mode
• ECO mode: the compressor cooler operated in energy-saving mode. ECO mode
can reduce noise from 40dB to 35dB and save energy. On the other hand, the
temperature decreases more slowly than in the "HH" mode.
TIP: It is recommended to use the ECO mode to conserve energy.
TEMPERATURE SETTING
The temperature setting can be set within a range of 20 °C to -22 °C in 1 °C or 2 °F
increments.
• Press the "SET" button once to start setting temperature.
• Press "UP" button to increase the set temperature by 1 °C or 2 °F.
• Press "DOWN" button to decrease the set temperature by 1 °C or 2 °F.
• Simultaneously press and hold "SET"+"DOWN" buttons for about 10 seconds. Then,
press the "UP" or "DOWN" button to select the temperature unit in either degrees
Celsius (°C) or degrees Fahrenheit (°F). The selected temperature value will flash on
the display for a few seconds, then the display will automatically revert to showing
the current temperature.
