•
Always use clean glasses which you rinse with very cold water just before serving. Impurities hamper the
formation of foam in the glass.
•
Open the regulator's tap and adjust to the desired pressure.
•
Hold the glass tilted 45° under the distribution tap making sure the endpiece does not come in contact with the
glass or with the beer when it reaches this height.
•
Pull the distribution tap handle completely toward you while holding the glass tilted. The amount of foam
depends on how much the glass is tilted. Straighten the glass gradually as the beer level rises.
•
Push the tap handle back when the foam reaches the glass edge ; the beer stops flowing.
•
Use only food C02.
When you use a keg for the first time, you should adjust the pressure to the desired value with the regulator, start
drawing and then adjust the gas pressure, if necessary. The first two glasses may contain hardly any foam ; don't forget
to let the beer rest if you have manipulated the keg.
Regularly check the glass support while drawing. Empty it, if necessary.
IMPORTANT ! For health reasons, make sure that the distribution tap is not plunged in the beer. In addition, beer
residues on the distribution tap can hamper the formation of foam.

For health reasons, clean thoroughly after each utilization. If the device is not properly cleaned, beer residues may
ferment and generate harmful bacterial cultures.
Once the keg is empty, it is recommended to completely clean the device before loading a new keg.
