f) Piercing rod :
Before pushing the piercing rod into the keg, hold it under the tap to wet it before piercing.
Hold the rod vertically and push it energetically into the keg (Fig I)
Then fasten the distribution head to the keg by pulling the closing
latch (Fig j‐3) outward and then release it. You should hear
a "release" sound, ensuring you that the distribution head is correctly fastened
to the keg.
You have 28 days to consume the beer contained in the keg after
the keg is pierced, provided that it is always kept refrigerated and that the
pressure is maintained inside to prevent the beer from going stale.

Open the door by pressing the unlock
button located in the upper right corner
of the door (Fig. m‐1)

Connect the tubes : the female socket on the distribution head corresponds to the beer outlet connector and
the male plug to the CO

Place the keg on the cooling base (Fig d‐3)
•
Be careful to avoid twisting the tubes. Otherwise, the beer will not be able to flow out. If necessary, turn the
keg so that the tubes are not folded.

Close the door.
