15. Ensure that the tank is always full enough. Otherwise the wick will dry out, producing smoke and
soot until the flame extinguishes.
16. When the apparatus is not in use, empty the tank and store it in a clean and dry place.
5. Cleaning, repair and disposal
Do not use abrasive, caustic or cleaning agents.

Clean the housing with a moist cloth (not wet), vacuum cleaner or feather duster.

Never submerge the apparatus in water.
•
Dispose of the apparatus only at appropriate disposal points.

Repairs to the apparatus may only be carried out by authorised specialists. Please contact the

manufacturer or distributor in this regard.
Warning! Warranty will be void if repairs are not performed as prescribed.

Improper repairs may create a danger to the user and other persons.

6. Warranty and maintenance
We provide a 2-year unlimited manufacturer warranty (from date of purchase) on all Bio Green
products. Damages caused by external effects, improper use and non-observance of the cleaning and
maintenance work as described in these user instructions, are excluded.
Important note
Only original components may be used.
Proper functioning and operating safety can only be guaranteed given proper installation and handling
of the apparatus. This is also applicable with regard to the legal stipulations on technical working
materials and the valid accident prevention regulations.
Please notify your dealer of any damages arising during the warranty period. Depending on the fault/s,
the apparatus will either be exchanged, repaired or replaced.
Whilst the apparatus is not in use during summer, it is important to store it in a sealed container (e.g.
plastic bag) to protect it against spiders and insects since these can easily block the gas passages,
necessitating cleaning.
Please complete the enclosed warranty and info card in case of a warranty claim!
