PACKAGING MATERIAL

The purpose of the packaging is to protect the
product during transport. It consists of the
following substances which can be reused:
- (corrugated) cardboard
- polyethene foil
- untreated wood
Do not dispose of the packaging material in
the industrial waste, but ask your municipal
sanitation department where to dispose of the
material.
Product
Products which you would like to dispose of may still
contain valuable substances and materials. Do not
dispose of the product in the industrial waste, but ask
your municipal sanitation department about the
possibilities for reuse or environmentally safe
processing of the material.

Possible cause
Insufficient lubrication.
Too much or not enough friction
(ageing).
Adjusting mechanism not strong
enough.
Too much or not enough friction
(ageing).
Throttle valve closed.
Flexible hose(s) torn or loose.
Bush(es) torn.
False air is sucked.
Solution
Lubricate using oil or grease. See
chapter 7.
Adjust the friction using the upper bolt
on the middle hinge (see fig. 6 in the
back of the manual).
Adjust adjusting mechanism.
Adjust the friction using the bolt and
nut on the plastic plug. See chapter 7
and fig. 7 in the back of this manual.
Open the throttle valve.
Repair or replace the flexible hose(s).
Repair or replace the bush(es).
Check or repair the sealing.
