Your Library mode gives you a random
selection based on the music you have
stored on computer as well as previously
scrobbled and 'loved' tracks. When
you initially sign up for Last.fm you're

choose to share this data, it gives you a

massive head-start in terms of creating
a proile of your musical tastes.
Using this mode on AXiS is a bit like
hitting "Shufle" on your whole digital
music collection, except you don't need
to be anywhere near your computer!
Your Recommendations
The recommendations mode widens your
options beyond music from your own
collection or from any speciic genre, to
offer up a continuous stream of diverse
tunes, all of which have some link to music
which you already love. This is where
Last.fm's giant user base is a tremendous
asset. Users who have enjoyed simialar
music to you will also have tagged and
loved things you haven't heard yet. You'll
get a brilliant mixture of familiar and totally
new suggestions. If anything crops up
that you don't like, just "Ban" it and it'll
be skipped and never be played again.
This is deinitely a mode that improves
the more you use it, and the more
tracks you "Love" or "Ban".
Your Loved Tracks
After a while using Last.fm and consistently
rating tracks, you'll build-up a library of
your "Loved" music. The Your Loved Tracks
stream is like a personalised greatest
hits set. The whole tracklist should be all
killer, no iller – and if you change your
mind about a tune, just skip or re-rate
it to remove it from future listens.
Your Neighbourhood
Your Neighbourhood is made up of the
recommendations of other Last.fm users
who share similar tastes to yourself.
Here, a social networking aspect comes
into play - this is a great way to surprise
yourself and discover new music.
Your Recent Stations
This provides a list of your recently used
modes and searches within Last.fm mode.
If you can't get enough of a particular
artist – this will provide a nice shortcut to
get around searching manually every time.
History
History shows the details of your six
most recently played tracks. Handy if
you hear something you love but don't
get a chance to look at AXiS's screen
or click "Love" on your remote control
while it's playing. Please note: you cannot
currently listen again to tracks from this list
