Check 3 items before subscribing
Below should be performed on the mobile app before an
installer activate owner's ESS.
A Remember the registration number.
System Information > Registration Number
B Network should be connected. (App)
Setting Icon (Gear icon) > Installer settings > Network >
wired setting > IP Setting > Auto
Select 'Set' button.
C LG EnerVu should be connected. (App)
Setting Icon (Gear icon) > Installer settings > Network >
Connection status > Web Server data upload > ON
Select 'Test' button.
Check if the pop-up message "Communication with
EnerVu is OK" appears.
y We recommend you to use Chrome as an appropriate browser for using EnerVu.
y When subscribing EnerVu, owner can receive benefits of software updates, but
if owner does not want to subscribe because of provision of owner's personal
information to installer, owner does not need to do.
