2. Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Das System EasyPanel eignet sich
zur Auflage von Solarmodulen
verschiedener Hersteller auf
Flachdächern.
Die Auflagesicherung des Systems
gegen Abheben, Kippen und
Verschieben durch Windeinwirkung
erfolgt durch Auflegen von Ballast
unter Beachtung der einschlägigen
Vorschriften (Wind- und
Schneelasttabellen nach DIN
1055-4 und -5, Wind- und
Schneelasten an Gebäuden).
Die auftretenden Schneelasten und
die Prüfung der Gebäudestatik
müssen für jede Anlage individuell
ermittelt werden und sind nicht
Lieferumfang der Fa. J&W Energie
GmbH.
Die Dachhaut muss für das
Auflegen von Bautenschutzmatten
geeignet sein, ggf. Trennvlies
verwenden.
Bei Verlegung auf nicht
gummiverträglichen Abdichtungs-
folien können Weichmacher-
migrationen entstehen. Für solche
Abdichtungssysteme stehen
langzeitverträgliche
Sonderprodukte zur Verfügung.
Ein Datenblatt für die
Bautenschutzstreifen wird auf
Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.
Für die Varianten Kies- und
Gründach wird der Abstand der
Module zum Schienenprofil um 100
mm erhöht geliefert.

2. Intended use
The EasyPanel system is suitable
for the installation of solar
modules from a variety of
manufacturers on flat roofs.
The security of the system
against detachment, collapse and
displacement under the effect of
the wind is ensured by the laying
of ballast in accordance with the
relevant regulations (wind and
snow load tables as per DIN
1055-4 and -5, wind and snow
loads on buildings).
The snow accretion must be
determined and the load-bearing
structure tested individually for
each system. This is not part of
the service of J&W Energie
GmbH.
The roof cladding must be
suitable for laying building
protection mats and, if
necessary, felt membrane should
be used.
If laid on non-rubber-compatible
waterproofing membranes,
plasticiser migration may occur.
For such waterproofing systems,
special long-term compatible
products are available.
A data sheet for the building
protection mat will be provided
on request.
For the gravel roof and green
roof options, the distance of the
modules to the rail profile is
increased for delivery by 100
mm.

2. Utilisation conforme aux
instructions
Le système EasyPanel permet de
poser des modules
photovoltaïques de différents
fabricants sur des toitures plates.
Pour sécuriser le système contre
les risques de soulèvement, de
basculement et de déplacement
sous l'effet du vent, on a recours
à des lests conformément aux
directives en vigueur (tableaux
des charges dues au vent et à la
neige selon les normes DIN
1055-4 et 1055-5, charges dues
au vent et à la neige sur des
bâtiments).
Le calcul des charges dues à la
neige et la vérification statique
du bâtiment doivent être
effectués séparément pour
chaque installation et ne font pas
partie des prestations assurées
par la société J&W Energie
GmbH.
La couverture du toit doit être
adaptée à la pose de tapis de
protection du bâtiment ; on
pourra utiliser des non-tissés de
séparation.
La pose sur des films
d'étanchéité non compatibles
avec le caoutchouc peut
entraîner des migrations de
plastifiants. Il existe pour ce type
de systèmes d'étanchéité des
produits spécifiques qui sont
compatibles à long terme.
Une fiche technique est fournie
sur demande pour le tapis de
protection du bâtiment.
Pour les toitures végétalisées ou
recouvertes de gravier, l'écart
entre les modules et le profil de
rail est supérieur de 100 mm à la
livraison.
