03 | PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The DÖRR KL-16 Sensor Head Light is a reliable LED light source in the forest and
on the hunt, for fishing as well as for sports and outdoor activities. Choose between
2 colour modes and different levels of brightness. With the useful sensor mode,
the head light can be switched on and off just with a hand wave. This allows you
to have both hands free at all times. The magnetic mount is detachable from the
headband – this way you may use it as a hand-help lamp or alternatively fix it to a
metallic surface.

06 | OPERATION
The KL-16 comes with a powerful and long-life rechargeable Li-Ion battery (type
18650 3.7V 2200mAh). Before first use, please fully charge the battery:
06.1 INSERTING THE BATTERY
To open the battery compartment (4) turn the battery compartment cover (5) in ar-
row direction "Open". When inserting the supplied Li-Ion battery (11) into the batte-
ry compartment (4) mind correct polarity +/-. In order to close the battery compart-
ment (4) again, turn the battery compartment cover (5) in arrow direction "Close".
06.2 CHARGING THE RECHARGEABLE LI-ION BATTERY
Open the rubber cover for USB port (6). When open you will see the Micro USB port
(7). Connect the USB charging cable (12) with your KL-16 and a USB charging source
of your choice. While charging the LED charging indicator (8) will light up in red.
After approximately 4 hours the Li-Ion battery is fully charged – The LED charging
indicator (8) lights up in green. Close the rubber cover for USB port (6) firmly again
to ensure the splash-water protection.
