restore factory settings
Prerequisite: Head-up display switched off.
1. Hold the function wheel [4] until step 3.
2. Simultaneously connect the OBD connecting cable to the USB port [6] on the head-up display.
3. Use the On/Off switch [5] to switch on the head-up display. Set the switch to the ON position. all symbols
will light up and you will hear a sound.
4. release the function wheel [4]. the device has been reset.
5. the display will show the battery voltage for approx. 10 seconds. It will then show the current speed
(km/h).

Solution
Start the engine. verify the head-up display is switched on.
verify the OBD connecting cable is correctly and firmly con-
nected.
If the problem continues, test the head-up display in a dif-
ferent vehicle. Have your vehicle's data link connector (DLC)
checked.
adjust the correction values.
restore the factory settings of the head-up display from the
settings menu.
Older vehicles may not display all values.
Increase the display brightness in the settings menu or set the
display brightness to auto.
the head-up display only works in vehicles with OBD-II inter-
face.
vehicles with start-stop system:
In the settings menu, set the starting voltage to 13.2 v. If the
voltage is lower, the head-up display automatically switches
off after 3 minutes.
In the settings menu, set the starting voltage to 12.6 to 12.8 v.
In the settings menu, change the starting voltage to 13.6 v.
In the settings menu, verify the correct speed unit is selected
(km/h or MPH). adjust the speed correction value.
