1 Motor ON/OFF
Press the button to start the hood at speed 1.
Press the button during operation to set the hood to OFF.
Note: This button has functions of Reset and control of
filter saturation, read relevant paragraphs in this part of
the manual.
2 Lights ON/OFF
3 Speed decrease (Hood already on)
4 Speed increase (Hood already on)
The respective LED goes on for each speed.
Speed 1: LED A
Speed 2: LED B
Speed 3: LED C
Intensive speed: LED D (flashing)
The intensive speed is timed. Standard timing is 5', at the
end of which the hood sets to speed 2.
To deactivate the function before time is up, press button
"3", the hood sets to speed 2, press button "1" to switch
it off.
Grease filter signal
The grease filter signal appears after 40 hours of use and is
shown by the LED E on.
Such signal indicates that the maintenance of the grease
filters must be carried out.
The signal is visible when the hood is ON.
To remove the grease filter signal, press button "1" for more
than 3 seconds, until it goes off.
The signal can only be removed when the hood is ON.
Charcoal filter signal (for filter version only)
The charcoal filter signal appears after 160 hours of use and
is shown by the LED E flashing.
Such signal indicates that the maintenance of the charcoal
filter must be carried out.
The signal is visible when the hood is ON.
To remove the charcoal filter signal, press button "1" for more
than 3 seconds, until it goes off.
The signal can only be removed when the hood is ON.
In case of contemporaneous signalling of both filters, the LED
5 will alternate the signals cyclically (3 seconds on, 3 flashing
cycle, 3 seconds on,...).
To reset, carry out the procedure described above for 2 times.
The first time it resets the grease filter signal, the second time
it resets the charcoal filter signal.
The charcoal filter signal is not active in the standard
mode.
In case the hood is used in filter version it is necessary to
enable the charcoal filter signal.
Activating charcoal filter signal:
Set the hood to OFF and press button "1" for more than 5
seconds.
LEDs 1 and 2 flash alternatively for 5 seconds.
Deactivating charcoal filter signal:
Set the hood to OFF and press button "1" for more than 5
seconds.
LED 1 only will flash for 5 seconds.
