Warning – Batteries
• When inserting batteries, note the correct polarity (+ and - markings)
and insert the batteries accordingly. Failure to do so could result in the
batteries leaking or exploding.
• Only use batteries (or rechargeable batteries) that match the specified
type.
• Before you insert the batteries, clean the battery contacts and the polar
contacts.
• Do not allow children to change batteries without supervision.
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of a different type or
make.
• Remove the batteries from products that are not being used for an
extended period (unless these are being kept ready for an emergency).
• Do not short-circuit batteries.
• Do not charge batteries.
• Do not throw batteries in a fire.
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
• Never open, damage or swallow batteries or allow them to enter the
environment. They can contain toxic, environmentally harmful heavy
metals.
• Immediately remove and dispose of dead batteries from the product.
• Avoid storing, charging or using the device in extreme temperatures and
extremely low atmospheric pressure (for example, at high altitudes).
4. Getting started – installing the Batteries
Note
• Use 2 AAA batteries
• Remove the battery cover from bottom of remote.
• Check the +/- polarity on the batteries and inside the compartment.
• Insert the batteries.
• Slide the battery holder back into the remote until the clips locate.
Note – Code Memory
• This remote control saves the settings during battery change.
5. Setup
This remote control can by default control 90% models of PHILIPS brand, there´s
no need to set it up. lf it doesn't work, please choose one of the following setup
methods 5.1 or 5.2.
5.1 INPUT CODE

001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014,
015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028,
029, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 040, 041, 042
1. Press and hold the key [MUTE] and [POWER] until the LED will be lit, then
release keys.
2. Enter the three codes from code Iist. When the code input is finished, the
LED will turn off.
3. Please try to use the remote control. lf it doesn't work well, please try other
codes: [002], [003], [004] ...
Note
• lf the code is invalid, the LED flashes twice and then lights up permanently. To
exit the setup, please press [MUTE].
