Possible Causes
Wine chiller is unplugged.
The home circuit breaker
is tripped/the fuse is blown.
Temperature setting is above
room temperature.
Wine chiller is on
an uneven surface.
Normal when wine chiller
is first plugged in.
Often occurs when large
amounts of wine are placed
in wine chiller.
Door left open.
Hot weather or frequent
door openings.
Temperature control set
at the coldest setting.
Wine chiller is too close
to the wall.
Normal when wine chiller
is first plugged in.

not set cold enough.
Warm weather or frequent

What To Do
• Push the plug completely into the outlet.
• Replace fuse or reset the breaker.
• This is normal. If wine is too warm, change
the temperature setting to a lower temperature.

• Wait 12 hours for the wine chiller to completely
cool down.
• This is normal.
• Door is not self-closing. Always make sure that
the door is closed after opening.
• Check to see if a bottle is holding door open.
• This is normal.
