04. MISE EN PLACE ET FIXATION DE LA POMPE SUR L'ELEVATEUR - INSTALLATION
AND FIXING OF THE PUMP ON THE PNEUMATIC RAM - AUFSTELLUNG UND
BEFESTIGUNG DER PUMPE AUF DEN PUNMPENLIFT - INSTALACIÓN Y FIJACIÓN DE LA
BOMBA SOBRE EL ELEVADOR
 La fixation de la pompe se fait à l'aide d'un support fixé sur l'élévateur.
 Le plateau suiveur est emboîté et/ou vissé sur le bas de pompe par l'intermédiaire du tube de
remplissage.
 Brancher l'air comprimé sur l'alimentation générale de l'unité d'air.
 Eviter les tuyaux de faible section pour obtenir un débit d'air suffisant. Une section de flexible d'un
diamètre intérieur de 16 convient parfaitement.
 Brancher l'alimentation principale d'air du moteur de la pompe au tuyau.
 Visser le tube d'extraction du plateau au clapet anti-retour du plateau.
 Brancher le fil de masse au moteur.
 L'ensemble est prêt à fonctionner.
NOTA : Pour éviter un mauvais fonctionnement du matériel pneumatique, nous recommandons
d'intercaler sur l'alimentation d'air comprimé générale un filtre à air que nous pouvons fournir sur
demande.
 To fix the pump, use the bracket located on the pneumatic ram,
 The follower plate is mounted and/or screwed at the bottom of the pump by means of the filling tube,
 Connect the compressed air to the main supply of the air unit. We advice you the use hoses with a small
section to get a sufficient air flow. An interior diameter section of 16 mm / 5/8"is appropriate.
 Connect the main air supply of the motor to the hose.
 Screw the extraction hose of the follower plate to the non-return valve of the follower plate.
 Connect the ground cable to the motor.
 The unit is ready to work.
NOTA : To prevent from a bad operating of the pneumatic equipments, we advice you to install an
air filter (optional) on the main compressed air supply.
 Die Pumpe an den Flansch der Halterung anschrauben.
 Die Fassfolgeplatte auf das Pumpenunterteil stecken und festschrauben.
 Die Druckluftversorgung anschließen.
 Die Luftschläuche müssen einen Durchmesser von mindestens 16mm haben.
 Den Motor mit einem Schlauch an die Hauptluft anschließen.
 Den Schlauch für die Belüftung der Folgeplatte, an das Rückschlagventil schrauben.
 Das Erdungskabel am Motor anklemmen.
 Die Anlage kann jetzt in Betrieb genommen werden.
Anmerkung: Um eine gute Funktion von pneumatischen Geräten zu gewährleisten, empfiehlt
KREMLIN-REXSON einen Luftfilter (optionales Zubehör) zwischen Hauptluftdruckversorgung und
dem Gerät einzubauen.
