PROCEDURE DE REGLAGE DU SYSTEME DE GUIDAGE
ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE OF THE GUIDING SYSTEM
EINSTELLUNG DES FÜHRUNGSSYSTEMS
PROCEDIMIENTO DE AJUSTE DEL SISTEMA DE GUÍA
 Mettre l'élévateur en position basse, tige de vérin rentrée.
 Monter les contre-écrous (A) sur les vis de réglage (B).
 Amener la cale de guidage (C) en appui contre le guide (D) en serrant les deux vis (B) sans bloquer la
cale.
 Desserrer les vis (B) d'1/4 de tour afin de laisser du jeu entre la cale et le guide.
 Serrer les contre-écrous (A) en maintenant la position des vis de réglage (B).
 Tester l'élévateur avec une charge de 20 kilos afin de vérifier son bon fontionnement.
NOTA : Le jeu autorisé se situe entre 1 et 1,5 mm.
 Lift the elevator untill getting the up position, with the jack rod in the inside position.
 Install the lock nuts (A) on the adjustment screws (B).
 Locate the guiding block (C) against the guide (D) by tightening the two screws (B) without locking the
block.
 Untighten the screws (B) of a quarter turn in order to allow a gap between the block and the guide.
 Tighten the lock nuts (A) by maintening the adjustment screws (B) in their position.
 Check the good working of the elevator by loading 20 kgs / 44 lbs.
NOTA : The allowed gap stands between 1 and 1.5 mm / 0.04 and 0.6".
 Den Lift in die höchste Position fahren
 Die Stopp-Muttern (A) auf die Einstellschrauben (B) montieren.
 Den Führungsblock (C), durch Anzug der zwei Schrauben (B), bis dicht an die Führungsschiene (D)
bringen, jedoch nicht blockieren.
 Die Schrauben (B) eine 1/4 Umdrehung herausdrehen um einen kleinen Spalt, zwischen Block und
Führung herzustellen.
 Die Stopp-Muttern (A) festziehen. Dabei darauf achten, dass die Schrauben (B) in ihrer Position bleiben.
 Die einwandfreie Funktion mit einem geladenen Gewicht von 20 kg überprüfen.
ANMERKUNG: Die gute Spaltbreite beträgt 1 bis 1,5 mm.
