21. To turn toaster oven power Off, switch the Time knob to OFF until
the unit beeps and shuts off, then unplug.
22. To disconnect, turn any control to OFF/STOP, then remove plug
from wall outlet. A short power-supply cord is equipped to reduce
the risk resulting from becoming Entangled in or tripping over a
longer cord.
a) The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord
should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appli
ance; and
b) The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or Tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or
tripped over unintentionally.
c) The extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
23. Extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised
in their use.
24. Use extreme caution when removing tray or disposing of hot
grease.
