GB-FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
The installation of the Busbiker and electrical cable set must be done by a car mechanic.
Never disassemble the swiveling part, if you do this will invalidate the warranty !!!
1. Remove the bumper and the steel buffer-beam from the vehicle. The buffer-beam will no
longer be needed.
2. Mark the blind-holes with the help of the steel buffer.
Remove the steel buffer and dril the blind-holes if necesarry. See Fig. 3
Pay attention: Do not damage the screw-thread!!
3. Place BusBiker in its entirety on a tire lift and place BusBiker against the back of the bus.
4. Fit the cross beam, on the rear panel. See Fig.1.
5. Position the backplates B as shown in figure 2.
6. Make the holes in the bumper cover. See Fig. 4
7. Place supports. See Fig.1
8. At 636cm Vehicle: Drill the hole 013mm as shown in fig 5. (if not already present)
9. Put bolts M12 x 140 in place. Fig.1, use a torque wrench (also at 11)
Fitting towingbar
10. Fit the bali housing, including socket plate, flat washers and self-Iocking nuts.
11. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in Fig.1 use Locite 276
12. Fit the electrics. (see the accompanying manual)
13. Saw another piece out of the bumper cover at the towbar
14. Fit the bumper.

Important:

* The dealer should be consulted for possible necessary adjustment(s) "of the vehicle".
* Remove the insulating material from the contact area of the fitting points.
* Consult your dealer for the maximum tolerated pull weight and bali hitch pressure of your
vehicle.
* Do not drill through electrical-, brake- or fuellines.
* Remove (if present) the plastic caps from the spot welding nuts.
* This fitting instruction has to be enclosed in the vehicle documents after fitting the towbar.
