TO RESET CLUTCH TORQUE
•
Ensure the correct coloured/wire diameter Clutch Spring is selected in order to obtain the required torque.
•
With a minimum gap set between Adjusting Ring 15 and Circlip 14 and using the Clutch Key (74101-12301), rotate 15 (anti clockwise)
until the required number of full turns have been completed to obtain the required Torque as shown in the Table below.
•
White numbers on black background indicate Number of turns. Black numbers on white background indicate expected Torque in 1bf ins.
•
Immediately after setting clutch check for correct operation and insert installation (number of turns offer a
setting guide only).
•
At torque settings above 4 Nm (35lbf/in
