OPERATION
Before using your hand mixer for the first time, wash the beaters in warm soapy
water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the outer surface of the body with a
damp cloth.
1. Attach two beaters by inserting them into the holes of the appliance.
2. Set the speed switch to the 0 position.
3. Plug in the mixer.
4. Set the speed switch to adjust the desired speed – 0: stop 1~5: slow to
very fast.
5. Thrust the beaters into the food to be mixed.

6. Gently move the appliance up and down while mixing.
7. When you have finished mixing, switch off and unplug the appliance from
the mains socket.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
To detach beaters, ensure the speed switch is set to the "0" position. Press firmly
the eject button to release the beaters. Clean them in warm soapy water.
Clean the appliance with a damp cloth.
NOTE: Never immerse the appliance or its lead in water.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross
contamination from different types of food, the use of warm clean water with a mild
