Il sistema di trattamento dell’acqua PURITY costruito da DENTAL X è conforme alla normativa EN 1717 per quanto riguarda la protezione contro il reflusso verso la rete idrica. Questo prodotto Dental X è stato progettato e fabbricato con materiali di alta qualità e componenti che possono essere riciclati e riutilizzati. -

Per garantire la continuità della sicurezza, è necessario, in caso di guasto, sostituire il modulo alimenta- tore con un ricambio originale. PURITY è costruito in modo da evitare possibili perdite convogliando l’acqua nel serbatoio interno dell’autoclave che provvede a scaricare l’eccesso direttamente nello scarico. -

PURITY è stato progettato per fornire acqua demineralizzata, ottenuta tramite filtrazione ed osmosi in- versa, alle sterilizzatrici prodotte da DENTAL X e predisposte per questa funzione. La compatibilità della sterilizzatrice con l’apparato PURITY è data dalla presenza sul serbatoio di carico del tappo in plastica di forma quadrata. -

Il galleggiante è fragile, operare con cura. COLLEGAMENTI Collegare il tubo di scarico per PURITY fornito in dotazione (tubo di sezione minore) al raccordo centrale del pannello posteriore di PURITY; stringere la ghiera di fissaggio. Portare l’altra estremità del tubo a un punto di scarico. -

Svuotare il serbatoio di acqua pulita della sterilizzatrice. Accendere PURITY agendo sull’interruttore frontale (posizione Dopo qualche istante inizierà ad uscire dell’acqua dal tubo di scarico di PURITY e dopo 1-3 minuti dall’ugello posizionato sopra il serbatoio della sterilizzatrice. Per riempire il serbatoio della sterilizzatrice sono necessari 10-20 minuti. -

Il serbatoio ha una capacità d’acqua per più cicli di sterilizzazione (il numero dipende dal modello e dal ti- po di ciclo), e quindi non è necessario che PURITY sia sempre attivo; ma è importante ricordare che, per rendere disponibile la quantità minima di acqua necessaria per un ciclo, occorre attendere diversi minuti. -

PURITY lo riempia di nuovo. Se si sente la pompa funzionare ma da PURITY non esce acqua, verificare che il rubinetto in entrata sia aperto ed eventualmente effettuare la pulizia del pre-filtro come descritto in precedenza. -
Page 11: Sostituzione Dei Filtri
Durante la manutenzione annuale della sterilizzatrice è buona norma far verificare la qualità dell’acqua prodotta da PURITY mediante un conduttimetro esterno; è consigliabile sostituire comunque i filtri se sono stati effettuati più di 2000 cicli di sterilizzazione. -

Dental X company or its area representative. CONFORMITY TO EUROPEAN DIRECTIVES The water processing system PURITY manufactured by DENTAL X conforms to the EN 1717 norm as concerns the protection against reflux towards the main waterline. -

To ensure safety continuity also in case of fault, replace the power supply module with an original spare part. PURITY has been designed to avoid possible leaks by collecting the water into the sterilizer’s internal tank, where the water in excess is automatically discharged directly into the drain. -

PURITY has been designed to feed with demineralized water, obtained through inverted osmosis, the ste- rilizers manufactured by DENTAL X and properly configured for this feature. The sterilizer compatibility with the PURITY unit is pointed out by a square-shaped plastic cap on the main tank. PURITY... -

Local regulation could require the installation of drain separating element. Use the supplied feeding pipe; connect the elbow fitting end to the connector on the left of the PURITY back panel and the other end to the tap water outlet. -

Draining water can be hot!. Connect the output cable plug of the power supply module to the jack socket on the PURITY back panel and the mains plug to an electrical socket. FIRST START-UP WARNING These operations should be carried out only by qualified technicians. -

3. USE INSTRUCTIONS COMMANDS/SIGNALS The PURITY front panel is provided with the power supply switch; the switch can be left to ON for all the period during which the sterilizer is operative. Electrical consumption is limited to the feeding phase. At the end of the day, switch PURITY off and close the water supply tap. -

PURITY to fill it up again. If you hear the pump working but no water comes out of PURITY, check that the water tap is open and if necessary perform the cleaning of the pre-filter as described above. -

Pour garantir une sécurité continue, il est nécessaire, en cas de panne, de remplacer le module d’alimentation par une pièce de rechange originale. PURITY a été construit pour éviter tout risque de fuite: il achemine l’eau dans le réservoir interne de l’autoclave qui se charge de vider l’eau en excès directement dans la conduite d’écoulement. -

DOMAINE D’UTILISATION PURITY a été conçu pour fournir de l’eau déminéralisée, obtenue par filtrage par osmose inverse, aux stérilisateurs produits par DENTAL X et équipés pour cette fonction. RACCORDEMENTS Raccorder le tuyau de vidange du PURITY fourni (tuyau ayant une section inférieure) au raccord central du panneau arrière du PURITY; serrer la bague de fixation. Amener l’autre extrémité du tuyau à un point d’évacuation. Remarque: La quantité d’eau de vidange étant minime, le tuyau peut donc évacuer l’eau dans un lavabo ou dans la conduite d’écoulement. -

La consommation électrique se limite uni- quement à la phase de remplissage. A la fin d’une journée de travail, éteindre PURITY et fermer le de ro- binet d’alimentation d’eau. -

PURITY le remplir à nouveau. Si la pompe fonctionne mais si de l’eau ne sort pas du PURITY, contrôler si le robinet d’alimentation est ouvert et effectuer éventuellement le nettoyage du préfiltre de la manière décrite précédemment. -

Lors de la maintenance annuelle du stérilisateur, il est préférable de contrôler la qualité de l’eau produite par PURITY avec un conductimètre externe; il est conseillé malgré tout de remplacer les filtres au bout de 2000 cycles de stérilisation. -

Das von DENTAL X produzierte Wasseraufbereitungssystem PURITY entspricht der EN-Norm 1717, was den Schutz gegen einen Rückfluss in das Wassernetz betrifft. Dieses Produkt von Dental X wurde unter Verwendung von Materialien hoher Qualität entwickelt und her- gestellt. Seine Bestandteile können recycelt und wieder verwendet werden. -

Um dauerhafte Sicherheit zu garantieren, muss das Lademodul, wenn es defekt ist, durch ein Originaler- satzteil ersetzt werden. PURITY ist so konstruiert, dass mögliche Leckagen vermieden werden und das Wasser in den internen Tank des Druckgefäßes läuft, aus dem ein Übermaß an Flüssigkeit direkt in den Abfluss geleitet wird. -
Page 36: Inhalt Der Verpackung
PURITY wurde entwickelt, um den von DENTAL X hergestellten Autoklaven, die hierfür vorgesehen sind, entmineralisiertes Wasser zu liefern, das durch Filterprozesse und Umkehrosmose gewonnen wird. Die Kompatibilität des Autoklavs mit dem Gerät PURITY ist vorhanden, wenn auf dem Ladetank ein quadrati- scher Deckel sitzt. -

Der Schwimmer ist zerbrechlich, vorsichtig ACHTUNG handhaben. ANSCHLÜSSE Den mit PURITY mitgelieferten Abflussschlauch (der Schlauch mit dem geringeren Durchmesser) mit dem mittleren Anschluss der rückseitigen Platte von PURITY verbinden. Den Befestigungsring festziehen. Das andere Ende des Schlauchs zu einem Abflusspunkt führen. Anmerkung: Die Abflusswassermenge ist sehr gering, daher kann der Schlauch einfach in ein Wasch- becken gelegt oder direkt in das Abflusssystem des Hauses geführt werden. -
Page 38: Erste Inbetriebnahme
Den Frischwassertank des Autoklavs leeren. PURITY mithilfe des Schalters auf der Vorderseite einschalten (Position Nach wenigen Augenblicken beginnt Wasser aus dem Abflussschlauch von PURITY zu fließen und nach 1-3 Minuten auch aus der Düse, die sich auf dem Tank des Autoklavs befindet. -
Page 39: Bedienungsanweisungen
Das Fassungsvermögen des Tanks reicht für mehrere Sterilisierungszyklen (die Anzahl hängt vom Modell und der Zyklusart ab), daher ist es nicht nötig, PURITY immer eingeschaltet zu lassen. Es ist jedoch wich- tig, daran zu denken, dass für das Bereitstellen der für einen Zyklus nötigen Mindestwassermenge mehre- re Minuten erforderlich sind. -

Frischwassertank vollständig zu leeren und ihn von PURITY erneut füllen zu lassen. Hört man, dass die Pumpe in Betrieb ist, aber aus PURITY tritt kein Wasser aus, kontrollieren Sie, ob der Zulaufhahn geöffnet ist und reinigen Sie eventuell den Vorfilter wie oben beschrieben. -
Page 41: Austausch Der Filter
Die Filtereinsätze müssen durch ein neues Set ersetzt werden. Die Anweisungen für den Filteraustausch sind dem Erneuerungsbausatz beigefügt. Bei der jährlichen Wartung des Autoklavs ist es sinnvoll, die Qualität des von PURITY produzierten Was- sers mithilfe eines externen Leitfähigkeitsmessgeräts testen zu lassen. Es wird empfohlen, in jedem Fall die Filter auszutauschen, wenn mehr als 2000 Sterilisierungszyklen durchgeführt wurden. -

GENERALIDADES El aparato PURITY no utiliza únicamente la filtración mecánica de un simple sistema de desmineralización. La vida de PURITY es, por lo tanto, muy superior y no requiere un mantenimiento especial antes de haber distribuído 1000-2000 litros de agua. -
