Troubleshooting

Problem
No output voltage
Power supply does not
run the connected
device.
Cause
Cords are not connected securely.
The power soure is in a protective
state.
The internal battery is completely
discharged.
The connected device has a greater
power rating than the power source.
Starting power of the device is up to
two times that of its rated power.
Solution
Make sure that all cords are connected
securely.
Disconnect the AC or cigarette power
adapter cord, let the power source cool
(if necessary), then reconnect the cord.
Charge the battery for five hours.
Use a device with a lower power
rating.
Use a device that uses a lower starting
power.
