Fitting the screen to the motorcycle:
1. Place the motorcycle on a level surface.
2. Unscrew the fastening screws and remove the original windshield (P1).
3. Unscrew the fastening screws and carefully remove the speedometer cover (P2).
4. Then pull out the original rubber nuts inwardly. These are no longer required (P3).
5. Re-insert the speedometer cover and attach it with the original screws.
6. Insert the M 5 x 30 screws with the plastic washers through the holes of the MRA
windshield. Place the spacer sleeves onto the screws from the inside and screw on the
rubber nuts provided by about 3 turns (P4).
7. Bring the MRA windshield into position with the pre-assembled screws and insert the rubber
nuts into the holes.
8. Tighten the screws (P5).
! Important !
Make sure that there is no pressure when turning the screws as the rubber nuts might
otherwise slip through.
9. Fit the protective edge strip on the rear exposed part of the screen, starting where the
fairing overlaps and continuing to the opposite side. Any remaining strip should be cut away.
10. It is also possible to push the clamping sleeves over the ends of the protective edge strip and
lightly compress these using a pair of pliers to secure the edge strip.
After installation, check that all of the screws are tight; tighten them up if necessary. Repeat this at
regular intervals. Clean the screen with water, neutral soap and a sponge. Do not use solvents, alcohol or
