2.2 Adjusting the cutting depth

Loosen the bolts (6) on the depth adjustment
Set the desired cutting depth and re-tighten the bolts.
Press the blade upwards during adjustment, to
compensate for play.
The cutting depth can be set in the range 0 – 15 mm.

2.3 Adjusting the base plate

The base plate is factory set.
It can be readjusted by loosening the bolts (8):
Loosen and adjust the bolts (8) on the top of the
blade holder.
Re-tighten the bolts.
3.0 Usage
3.1 Precise cutting
Lay out the material evenly with a 3 cm overlap.
The guide rail (5) is positioned above both layers of
material.
Position the Railcut on the guide slot of the rail.
Cut, making sure to apply pressure evenly.
The top layer is fully cut through, the bottom layer is cut to
approx 3/4 of its depth. The bottom layer can now be
trimmed using the hooked blade.
Observe the laying instructions provided by the
material manufacturer.
Accessories
If required, the extension rail,
