Laser safety provisions
!WARNING!
Due to the strong bundling of the laser beam, the total light energy is concentrated on a small area.
This can cause damage if the human eye is exposed to this beam. In particular, there is the risk of
eye injuries, impaired vision and even blindness when looking directly into the beam. If the beam is
deflected, which is almost always the case with the scanning units of compact display laser systems,
the effect and thus the danger of the beam is significantly reduced.
In accordance with the possible danger, lasers or devices which contain a laser are classified ac-
cording to the laser radiation accident prevention rule [BGV B2]. 99% of the compact show lasers
currently available on the market, as well as all of our lasers belong to protection classes 3 and 4.
These devices are therefore subject to approval/authorization.
For safe operation at public events, a laser protection officer [Radiation protection according to VBG
93 §6 (BGV-B2)] must be present. For installations in public buildings (discos, multi-purpose halls,
restaurants, etc.), the systems must be inspected by the local regulatory body or professional asso-
ciation. The regulations valid in Germany regarding the operation of a show laser system must be
observed. Please inform your local professional association and the relevant regulatory body. Always
observe the permissible MZB value (BGV-B2 / DIN EN 60825-1: 2003)

1.Authorun and sound mode change: The LED on the front of the laser is orange (or blinking
orange) when the Autorun and Sound modes are activated.
2.Sound mode: The LED on the front of the laser is green when the sound mode is activated.
3.Autorun: The LED on the front of the laser will turn red when the Autorun mode is activated.
4.Power off: The LED indicator on the front of the unit is off.
