Trouble-shooting:
Faults experienced
The meter isn't turning on.
The alarm doesn't sound.
The battery isn't charging.
The software does not recognise the
meter.
The measurements
recorded/saved.
Check it has been correctly connected.
Check that the USB port used (computer, mains
adapter...) is receiving power.
Press the ON button.
Check the value set for the alarm (step 2).
Make sure the sound of the alarm has not been
disabled. Enable the sound if necessary by pressing
the designated button (step 3).
The alarm is only available for the measurement of
CO2.
Check that the USB and micro USB ports are
properly connected.
Check that the USB port used (computer, mains
adapter...) is receiving power.
Use the cable provided. The meter must be properly
switched on (ON position) to be recognised.
Try the following two steps:
Turn on the meter and wait for it to warm up.
Connect the USB cable and start the software.
Turn on the meter and wait for it to warm up. Start
the software. Then connect the USB cable.
Go to step 6 to set the recording parameters.
