INSTALLATION
Unless otherwise specified, all measurements are expressed
in millimetres (mm).
The installation sequence is illustrated in fig. 7.
3.1 Preliminary checks
Check the installation measurements A, B and C indicated in fig.
2, 3, 4.
Choose the most suitable type of arm.
-
RADIUSG for rigid door wing shutters (A = 155 max).
-
RADIUSG1 rigid door wing for shutters (A = 105 max).
-
RADIUSG2 for fractioned door wing shutters (fix the arm
resting sliding block [9] to the door wing, so that the latter is
not damaged by the arm during opening).
Note: the measurements are an indication and must be checked
during installation.
3.2 Installation of the profile
-
Cut the profile [5] at the dimension L-10 and drill as indi-
cated in fig. 5.
-
Insert the motor, block and control panel fastening nuts in
profile [5].
-
Fix profile [5] to the ceiling.
Note: leave the necessary gap to the side of the profile to pass
the power supply cable.
3.3 Motor, block and control panel installation
-
Fix the motors [1], the block [4] and the control panel [8]
as indicated in fig. 1, 3 and 4.
Note: pass the power supply cable to the side.
-
Assemble the arms [2] and fix them to the motors [1].

Note: do not tighten the screws, so that the arms can be
rotated manually.
-
Fix the guide [3] on the shutters.
Manually move the shutters and check that they open and
close correctly.
3.4 Block hook installation
-
Fix the block hook [6] to the shutter with motor M1 as
indicated in fig. 1 and 4, close to the side opposite the
hinges.
-
Check that the block [4] and related hook [6] are aligned
correctly.
-
Tighten all screws, except for the screws that secure the
arms [2] to motors [1].
3.5 Automation closure
-
Perform the electrical connections, the adjustments and
the start up.
-
Referring to fig. 6, cut the automation lid to size and drill
along the axis for the motor arms and blocking pin exits.
Note: the pre-drilled side lid can be used (RADIUST).
3.6 RADIUSB installation
The RADIUS motors can be built-in to the wall as indicated in
fig. 8.
The installation sequence is illustrated in fig.9.
-
Drill the wall Ø80 mm and insert the RADIUSB support
securely and in level.
Note: prepare the side channel for the wiring.
-
Fit the motor to the appropriate bracket and fix it inside the
RADIUSB support.
Note: pass the cables inside the arrangement.
-
Fix the lid of the motor to the appropriate bracket.
-
Assemble the arms [2] and fix them to the motors [1].
Note: do not tighten the screws, so that the arms can be rotated
manually.
-
Fix the guide [3] on the shutters.
Manually move the shutters and check that they open and
close correctly.
-
Connect the motors to the RO2H control panel with a
2x0.75 mm² cable (max. 10 m).
Note: the control panel can be inserted inside the CONT3 container.
Attention: the block is not foreseen for this type of installation.
