The appliance is intended only for domestic use, not for professional use.

operAtion - Mounting
1. Place the water base on the plastic body and fill with approximately 1 litre of water. NEVER exceed this
amount make sure that the water level is between the Max and Min-marking.
2. Settle the control panel with heating element into the plastic body ensuring that the cord is in the
recess.
3. Fix the grid into the slots of the grid height adjuster
4. Insert the plug into a plug socket. The device is equipped with a safety lock (4) If the device is locked,
the
heating element cannot be taken out anymore.
5. Set the desired temperature
6. The grilling times vary according to the nature of the food and to your personal taste.
7. When grilling has finished, turn the appliance off and disconnect the grill form the mains supply
socket.
Water must be filled between the max and min level as indicated on the housing.
operAtion - Before use for the first time
Clean the barbecue grill and its accessories.
When the barbecue is first switched on, the grill may emit a new smell. A small amount of smoke may
also be noticeable. We therefore recommend to heat the appliance for approx. 5 minutes without any
food. Ensure the room is well ventilated because of the bad smell of the coating material. Do not use this
appliance for grilling in the meantime.
operAtion - Barbecuing
1. Smear the grille with oil or butter to prevent food from
sticking to it.
2. Insert the plug into a plug socket and rotate the temperature
regulator to the desired position. The indicator light will be lit
to indicate that the appliance is heating up.
