Using the oven for the fi rst time
Before using the toast oven for the fi rst time with food, it must be operated
empty once, ie without any food. This will help to eliminate any odours.
1. Set up the oven as described in Chapter 4 'Setting up the oven'.

Fire hazard! Any remaining packaging or other left-
over materials may catch fi re.
