The front and rear wings work as lifting devices, which means they can create a lifting force from the
flow of water that travels across them at speed. This is the reason why they are built with a specific
sectional profile:
The shape of the wings' profile shall not be modified, filled and sanded. Doing so would alter the
balance and prevent the correct operation of the FOIL.
WARNING : In order to guarantee the correct behavior and performances of the FOIL, the
rear edge (trailing edge) of the wings must remain very thin, thereby making this part
more fragile in case of impacts. During handling and use of the FOIL, the user should be
particularly cautious with these sharp areas in order to avoid any risk of injury.

THE F-ONE FOIL BENEFITS FROM ADVANCED CONNECTIONS TO GARANTY A RIGID
AND SOLID ASSEMBLY. THE FRONT WING IS PUGGED IN USING THE UNIQUE AND
PATENTED SYSTEM: «FAST CONNECTION DEVICE» WHICH MAKES THE SETUP EASIER
AND ENSURE THE TRIM REMAINS PERFECT.
ASSEMBLING THE FOIL:
Fit the top plate onto the mast using two of the M6 x 25 mm screws (see here under if you are using
1
another top part to connect the foil to your board).
If your board requires a Tuttle, KF or Deep-KF connection:
Fit the required top part onto the mast using the two
1
M6 x 50 mm screws.
Fit the stabilizer onto the fuselage using the two M6 x 16 mm
2
screws.
Fit the fuselage + stabilizer onto the mast using two of the
3
M6 x 25 mm screws.
Fit the front wing into the fuselage and insert the main rod.
4
Tighten all screws firmly until a rigid connection is achie-
5
ved throughout the foil. Do not over tighten to the point of
damaging the screw heads.
FITTING THE FOIL ONTO THE BOARD:
6
Lay down the board bottom facing up.
7
Connect the foil to the board using four of the M6 x 25 mm screws and the T-nuts provided.
If your board requires a Tuttle, KF or Deep-KF connection:
Lay down the board bottom facing up.
6
Insert the mast head into the box of the board.
7
8
Rotate carefully the board onto its side.
9
Fasten the foil to the board using two M6 bolts. Make sure the bolts you use are the right length for
your board. Do not forget to use washers to avoid damaging the deck of the board.
TO TAKE THE FOIL APPART:
Put the foil + board upside down on the ground .
1
2
Unscrew the main rod and take away the front wing.
Unscrew the fuselage and then the stabilizer, leaving the
3
mast on the board.
Unscrew the plate or the mast head and take away the mast
4
from the board.
If your board requires a Tuttle, KF or Deep-KF connection:
Put the board on its side to unscrew the mast from the
4
board before taking it off.
Do not forget to rince all the parts after use.

For more ease, hold the front
wing by its tips and alternate
some small but sharp vertical
movements (left/right) Apply
the same vertical movements
for the stabilizer by holding
it at the back of the fuselage.
