Hands and knees bounce
• Start with the basic bounce.
• Keep your eyes focused on the jump mat.
• Swing your armes forward and up in a circular motion.
• Drop to your hands and knees.
• Push yourself off with your hands and straighten up again to an erect position.
Seat drop
• Start with the basic bounce.
• Keep your eyes focused on the jump mat.
• Drop to a flat sitting position.
• Place your hands on the jump mat along side your hips.
• Push yourself off with your hands and straighten up again to an erect position.
Front bounce
• Start with the basic bounce and land on your stomach.
• Keep our head erect.
• Keep head up and arms extended forward on the mat.
• Push with arms to return to a standing position.
