Important safety instructions

▪ This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including child-
ren) who are physically or mentally handicapped or have sensory
disabilities, nor is it to be used by persons without sufficient
experience and/or knowledge, unless these persons are supervised
by persons responsible for their safety or unless they have been
instructed how to use the appliance.
▪ Children should not be permitted to use, clean or care for this
appliance without adult supervision.
▪ Children must be supervised at all times to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
▪ The appliance should be disconnected from the mains by discon-
necting the mains plug:

After use
If being left unattended
If malfunctions occur during use
Before cleaning and care.

▪ The appliance is designed for short-time operation. Pause after
3 minutes' use to allow the appliance to cool down.
▪ Connect the appliance to an alternating current only, with voltage
in accordance with that shown on the appliance's type label. The
wire and plug must be dry.
▪ Never disconnect the mains plug from the socket by the cord or
with wet hands.
▪ The appliance and the connection cable should be protected from
the effects of heat.
▪ The connection cable should not be pulled over sharp edges,
wedged or allowed to dangle, and should be protected from heat
and oil.
▪ The appliance should not be placed on hot surfaces such as hobs or
similar, and should be kept away from naked flames.
