    DEsCRIZIONE TECNICA Le cucine a legna La Nordica si addicono a cucinare sulla piastra e al forno e a riscaldare spazi abitativi per alcuni periodi, o a sostenere un riscaldamento centralizzato insufficiente. Esse sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno.

  • Page 10: Collegamento Alla Canna Fumaria Di Un Caminetto O Focolare Aperto

    ATTENZIONE: per quanto riguarda la realizzazione del collegamento alla canna fumaria e i materiali infiammabili attenersi a quanto previsto dalla Norma UNI10683. La canna fumaria deve essere adeguatamente distanziata da materiali infiammabili o combustibili mediante un opportuno isolamento o un’intercapedine d’aria. Distanza minima di sicurezza 25 cm. La depressione al camino (TIRAggIO) deve essere di almeno (vedi capitolo DATI TECNICI - Pascal).

    COMBUsTIBILI AMMEssI / NON AMMEssI I combustibili ammessi sono ceppi di legna. Si devono utilizzare esclusivamente ceppi di legna secca (contenuto d’acqua max. 20%). Si dovrebbero caricare al massimo 2 o 3 ceppi di legna. I pezzi di legna dovrebbero avere una lunghezza di ca. 20-30 cm ed una circonferenza di massimo 30-35 cm.

    TECHNICAL DEsCRIPTION The cookers of La Nordica are suitable to cook on the grill and on the oven and to heat living spaces for some periods or to support an insufficient centralized heating system. They are ideal for holiday apartments and weekend houses or as an auxiliary heating system during the whole year.

    A – sMOkEs control (Picture (Conversion of the cooker function to the cooker, bake oven and heating function). The smokes control can be found on the top right plate of the cooker, between the lid and the exhaust pipe. This control has two settings: HOB COOKING : when the bar is pushed to the back of the cooker, the combustion gases flow around the oven and directly into the flue and up to the chimney.

    ATTENTION: as far as concern the realisation of the flue connection and flammable materials please follow the requirements provided by UNI 10683 standard. The flue must be properly spaced from any flammable materials or fuels through a proper insulation or an air cavity. Minimum distance safety 25 cm.     ALLOWED / NOT ALLOWED FUELs Allowed fuels are logs. Use exclusively dry logs (max. content of water 20%). Maximum 3 logs should be loaded. The pieces of wood should have a length of ca. 20-30 cm and a maximum circumference of 30-35 cm. Compressed not worked-out wood briquettes must be used carefully to avoid overheating that may damage the device, since these have a very high calorific value.

To light the fire, it is suggested to use small wood pieces together with paper or other traded lighting means.     ENAMELLED PRODUCTs (IF PREsENT) For the cleaning of enamelled surfaces use soap water or not aggressive and not chemically abrasive detergents. After the cleaning do NOT let soapy water or any cleanser dry but remove them immediately. DO NOT use sandpaper or steel wool. CHROMIUM-COMPONENTs (IF PREsENT) If the components become bluish due to overheating, this can be solved with a suitable product for cleaning.

    TECHNIsCHE BEsCHREIBUNg Die Herde von La Nordica eignen sich dafür, zu kochen, backen und Wohnräume zeitweise zu beheizen bzw. zur Unterstützung einer nicht ausreichenden Raumheizung. Sie sind ideal für Ferienwohnungen und Wochenendhäuser bzw. als Zusatzheizung während des ganzen Jahres.

  • Page 40: Anschluss An Den Rauchabzug Eines Offenen Kamins

    ACHTUNg: im Hinblick auf den Anschluss an den Schornstein und brennbare Materialien muss man die Bestimmungen der Regel UNI10683 einhalten. Der Schornsteinrohr muss von entzündlichen und wärmeempfindlichen Materialen durch eine passende Isolierung oder ein Luftzwischenraum entfernt sein. Mindeste sicherheitsabstande 25 cm. Der Unterdruck des kamins (ZUg) muss mindestens (siehe Kap.

  • Page 41: Zulässige / Unzulässige Brennstoffe

    ZULässIgE / UNZULässIgE BRENNsTOFFE Der zulässige Brennstoff ist Scheitholz. Es sind ausschließlich Klötze von trockenem Holz anzuwenden (Wassergehalt max. 20%). Man sollte maximal 2 oder 3 Scheitholz laden. Die Holzstücke sollten eine Länge von etwa 20-30 cm und einen Kreis von maximal 30-35 cm haben. Das nichtgeharzte gepresste scheitholz muss vorsichtig gebraucht werden, um für die Ausrüstung schädlichen überheizungen zu vermeiden, da sie einen hohen Heizwert haben.

Dieses Phänomen ist durch die beträchtlichen Temperaturschwankungen, denen das Produkt im Betrieb ausgesetzt ist, und durch die Alterung des Lacks selbst mit dem Lauf der Zeit bedingt.

    PARADA DE VERANO Después de haber efectuado la limpieza del hogar, de la chimenea y del conducto de salida de humos, eliminar totalmente la ceniza y otros posibles residuos, cerrar todas las puertas del hogar y los reguladores correspondientes.
