Sensor Adjustment (Ra-
dar Sensor)
Remove the key from the ignition.
Turn the Disarm/Valet switch ON and hold it
for one second.
The extension LED will glow for one second.
Press and release the TX/PANIC and EXT1/
VALET buttons simultaneously.
"EXTERIOR RADAR ADJ" will appear on the
remote control transmitter. The system is in
exterior radar sector adjustment mode.
Press and release the TX/PANIC or EXT1/
VALET button to make the sensitivity
adjustment (outside of the vehicle).
A number from 1 to 15 will appear represent-
ing the amount of radar sector coverage. "1"
is the least coverage while "15" is the most
coverage. When finished adjusting the
exterior radar sector coverage, proceed to
step 5 .
TX/PANIC button: UP
EXT1/VALET button: DOWN
Note: If sensed, the Extension LED will blink
6 times.
