Preparing the unit
Insert the shelves into their guides.
Place the water tray in its proper location.
The water tray is designed to create humidity inside the cabinet, to prevent food from
drying out too quickly (this is especially important for baked goods).
Fill the tray with water.
NOTE!
Do not pour so much water that it spills.
Observe the level of water in the tray, and add more as needed.
First, insert the power cord into the inlet, then into a wall socket.
The unit is equipped with LED lighting. It may be turned on using the switch located
at the rear of the unit.
Turn the unit on using the ON/OFF switch at the rear of the unit.
Heating food
Set the required temperature using the temperature dial at the rear of the unit. The
temperature may be set from 30° C to 90° C.
The orange heating control light next to the temperature dial will come on. When the
desired temperature has been reached, the heating unit will go off and the orange light
will go out. If the temperature in the unit begins to fall, the heater will come back on
and the light will come on as well.
The temperature inside the cabinet can be checked by reading the temperature
indicator at the front of the unit.
Place food in appropriate containers on the trays in the cabinet.
To easily add or remove food products, the unit is equipped with sliding doors at the
front and rear. After filling the unit, close the front doors to avoid loss of heat from the
cabinet.
WARNING! Hot surface!
When in use, parts of the unit get very hot. To avoid burns, do not touch hot parts
of the unit with bare hands!
Food will remain warm thanks to the temperature set.
If the unit is not to be used for longer periods, turn it off using the ON/OFF switch
at the rear of the unit. First, remove the plug from its socket and remove the power
cable from the unit.
