    1. Introductie 1.1. Inleiding De elektrisch in hoogte verstelbare douche-toiletstoel Elexo is een hulpmiddel voor het ergonomisch verantwoord verzorgen en wassen van de cliënt. Voor zowel de cliënt als de verzorger is het comfort optimaal. De Elexo kan, met gebruik van een ondersteek / emmer of in combinatie met een toilet, ook worden gebruikt als toiletstoel.

    2.2. Activeren Voordat u gebruik kunt maken van de Elexo, dient deze geactiveerd te worden door een willekeurige knop op de handbediening gedurende 2 seconden in te drukken (Zie figuur 1). 2.3. Werken met de Elexo Stap 1 Haal de Elexo indien nodig van de lader. Stap 2 Activeer de Elexo (Zie paragraaf 2.2.

De comfort beensteunen zijn zowel in zithoek als in lengte verstelbaar. De hoek van de beensteunen zijn verstelbaar in 4 standen (Zie figuur 6 t/m 9). Om de zithoek te veranderen dient u de vergrendelpen te ontgrendelen.

    3.4. Omhoog / omlaag bewegen Omhoog bewegen • Als de cliënt op de stoel zit, eerst de wielen op de rem zetten en dan pas de stoel omhoog bewegen. • Het stoelgedeelte wordt omhoog bewogen door de bedieningsknop Figuur 15 Omhoog met de pijl omhoog in te drukken.

    • De ondersteek of emmer wordt aan de achterzijde van de stoel ingeschoven (Zie figuur 17). • Wanneer gebruik wordt gemaakt van de Lopital kunststof ondersteek, dient de ondersteek zover mogelijk naar voren Figuur 17 Ondersteek.

    4.4. Aan / uit schakelaar Aan de rechter achterzijde van de afdekkap bevindt zich de aan / uit schakelaar (Zie figuur 26). Indien de stoel langere tijd niet gebruikt wordt is het raadzaam deze uit te zetten. Dit om eventueel ongewenst gebruik van de stoel te voorkomen.

    Bij voorkeur dient dit te worden gedaan door Lopital of een ander daartoe bevoegde instantie. Lopital biedt de mogelijkheid om de stoel 1 keer per jaar grondig te laten inspecteren onderhouden, middels het Periodiek Preventief Onderhoud.

    7. Verwijdering onderdelen Alle onderdelen die vervangen of verwijderd worden, kunnen terug worden gestuurd naar Lopital BV. Ook is het mogelijk deze onderdelen aan de monteur aan te bieden voor vernietiging. Wij zullen ervoor zorgen dat alle onderdelen op een milieuvriendelijke wijze worden verwerkt.

    1. Introduction 1.1. Introduction The height-adjustable, electric Elexo shower-toilet chair is a medical device for caring for and washing clients in an ergonomically responsible manner. Comfort is the primary consideration for both the client and the carer. The Elexo can also be used as a toilet chair, in combination with a bedpan / bucket.

    1.3. Warranty All Lopital products are supplied with a 2-year warranty, on construction and / or material faults, unless otherwise stated. In the event of varying warranty terms, the exact period will be indicated on your invoice; this also serves as the warranty itself.

    3. Operation 3.1. Wheel blocking • The brake can be applied on the Elexo by pushing the blue lip (1) on the wheel downwards (See figure 2). • In order to take the Elexo off the brake, the same lip on the wheel must be moved upwards by tapping the upper side of the lip (2) (See figure 2).

    3.3. Armrests with front closure • If the client has taken a seat on the Elexo, the armrests with front closure can be folded down; these are then turned for the person concerned. • The armrests with front closure are secured in a horizontal position.

    3.4. Moving upwards / downwards Moving upwards • If the client is seated in the chair, first apply the brakes to the wheels and then move the chair upwards. • Move the chair upwards by pressing the button that shows an ‘up’ arrow.

    4.4. On / Off switch On the right hand side of the cover cap, there is the on / off switch (See figure 26). If the chair is out of use for an extended period, you are advised to turn it off. This will prevent any unauthorised use of the chair.

    This process will preferably be carried out by Lopital or another authorised body. Lopital offers the option of having the chair thoroughly inspected and serviced once a year via Periodic Preventative Maintenance.

    7. Removal of parts All parts that are replaced or removed can be sent back to Lopital BV. You may also offer the parts to the engineer for destruction. We will ensure that all parts are processed in an environmentally-friendly manner.

Elle assure un confort optimal, tant pour le client que pour le personnel soignant.

    5. Nettoyage et entretien Après chaque utilisation, la chaise Elexo doit être nettoyée à l’eau avec des produits d’entretien ménagers courants. Les parties intégralement en mousse PUR recouvertes d’un revêtement IMC doivent de préférence être nettoyées et désinfectées par frottement. N’utilisez pour cela aucun accessoire ou produit abrasif.

    1. Einführung 1.1. Einleitung Der höhenverstellbare Elexo Dusch- und Toilettenstuhl ist ein Hilfsmittel für die ergonomisch verantwortungsvolle Pflege und das Waschen von Patienten. Sowohl für den Patienten als auch für den Pfleger bietet der Stuhl optimalen Komfort. Der Elexo Stuhl kann in Kombination mit einem Behälter oder mit einer Toilette auch als Toilettenstuhl eingesetzt werden.

    2.2. Aktivieren Bevor Sie den Elexo benutzen können, muss dieser aktivert werden, indem ein beliebiger Knopf an der Handbedienung 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt wird (Siehe Abbildung 1). 2.3. Arbeiten mit dem Elexo Stuhl Schritt 1 Entfernen Sie den Elexo Stuhl bei Bedarf vom Lader. Schritt 2 Aktivieren Sie den Elexo Stuhl (Siehe Kapitel 2.2.

    Bringen Sie diese Teile immer wieder am Stuhl an, wenn Sie den Stuhl nicht mehr benutzen, dies verhin- dert den Verlust von Teilen. 3.3. Armlehnen mit Frontverschluss • Wenn der Patient auf dem Elexo Stuhl Platz genommen hat, werden die Armlehnen mit dem Frontverschluss nach unten geklappt und danach vor den Patienten gedreht.

    Beim Hochklappen der Armlehnen darauf achten, dass keine Finger oder Glied- maßen zwischen Armlehne und Rückenlehne eingeklemmt werden. Der Armlehnen oder der Frontverschluss dürfen nicht als Hebebaum benutzt werden (z.B. beim Überqueren einer Schwelle mit dem Stuhl) oder zum Ziehen / Schieben des Stuhls.

    Aufladepunkt drücken. Nur den originalen mitgelieferten Lader des Elexo Stuhls verwenden. Bei Gebrauch eines anderen Laders ist Lopital nicht mehr für eventuelle Folgen, wie beschädigte Elektronik, verantwortlich. Wenn der Lader an den Elexo Stuhl angeschlossen wird, geht die Bedienung in den Schlafstand (alle Funktionen werden dann ausgeschaltet).

    5. Reinigung und Wartung Der Elexo Stuhl muss nach jedem Gebrauch mit Wasser und normalen Haushalts- reinigungsmitteln gereinigt werden. Integrierte PUR-Schaumkomponenten mit IMC-Beschichtung werden vorzugsweise durch Abreiben gereinigt und desinfiziert. Verwenden Sie dafür keine Scheuermittel oder andere agressive Lösungsmittel. Bei Bedarf können PUR-Komponenten mit einer Lösung aus 70-prozentigem Ethanol oder Propanol desinfiziert werden.

    Stuhl entsprechend der Richtlinien des Produzenten gewartet werden. Vorzugsweise muss dies durch Lopital oder eine andere, dazu befugte Instanz ausgeführt werden. Lopital bietet die Möglichkeit, den Stuhl 1 Mal pro Jahr gründlich inspizieren zu lassen, mittel der Regelmäßigen Präventiven Wartung.

    7. Entfernen von Komponenten Alle Teile, die ausgetauscht oder entfernt werden, können an Lopital BV zurückgeschickt werden. Außerdem können diese Teile dem Monteur zur Entsorgung angeboten werden. Wir werden dafür sorgen, dass alle Teile auf umweltfreundliche Weise verarbeitet werden. Wenn Sie sich selbst um die Entsorgung des Produkts kümmern, berücksichtigen Sie bitte, dass Batterien und Ladegeräte immer als kleiner chemischer Abfall entsorgt werden müssen.
