WORKING WITH DOUGH KNEADING HOOK
The stand mixer with attached dough hook is intended for kneading dough.
1.
Move the lever for lifting/lowering mixer's arm (2) UP and then lift mixer's
arm (3).
2.
Install the bowl cover (5) on the socket for mixing tips (4), in order to prevent
splashing.
3.
Insert the dough kneading hook (7), until it stops and then turn it counter-
clockwise.
4.
Place the bowl (5) in the base of the mixer, and then turn it clockwise until the
latches lock in place.
5.
Move the lever for lifting/lowering mixer's arm (2) UP, simultaneously
lowering the mixer's arm (3).
6.
Connect the stand mixer to the power supply.
7.
Turn the device ON by turning the speed knob (1) to the desired position.
WORKING WITH WHISK
The stand mixer with attached whisk is intended for whipping eggs, cream, breadcrumbs,
biscuits without fat, cheesecakes, mousses, soufflés. Do not use the whisk for dense,
compacted masses, as it may be damaged.
1.
Move the lever for lifting/lowering mixer's arm (2) UP and then lift mixer's
arm (3).
2.
Install the bowl cover (5) on the socket for mixing tips (4), in order to prevent
splashing.
3.
Insert the whisk (8), until it stops and then turn it counter-clockwise.
4.
Place the bowl (5) in the base of the mixer, and then turn it clockwise until the
latches lock in place.
5.
Move the lever for lifting/lowering mixer's arm (2) UP, simultaneously
lowering the mixer's arm (3).
6.
Connect the stand mixer to the power supply.
7.
Turn the device ON by turning the speed knob (1) to the desired position.
WORKING WITH MIXING TIP
The stand mixer with attached mixing tip is intended for preparing cakes, biscuits, pasta,
icings, fillings, muffins and mashed potatoes.
