Adjusting the resistance
The NOHrD Bike's revolutionary
planetary gear unit works with a we-
ar-free magnetic brake system.
Resistance is easy to adjust during
use. The adjustment dial is on the
right side of the bike. Simply turn
the dial toward you to reduce
resistance – or away from you to
increase the challenge!
There are no set resistance levels.
You will immediately feel the NOHrD
Bike react to each turn of the dial,
enabling you to fine-tune your
resistance.
