• Place the dripping pan (pan) (10) at the lowest height to "collect" the food trickle.
• Close the door and start the oven.
- To extract the roaster accessory use the special extractor (13).
- Make sure that the food rotates freely in the oven compartment
without touching the resistors.
Grill
- The oven allows to grill foods perfectly placing
them on the grid (11) or in the supplied dripping
pan (pan) (10).
- To periodically check the cooking progress is
advised.
- Set the desired function.
- To obtain an optimal result to preheat the oven
for 15 minutes at 230°C is advised.
To use it:
• Place the food on the grill (11) or in the dripping pan (pan) (10).
• If you use the dripping pan (pan) (10) insert it in the oven compartment in the lowest
position.
• If you use the grid (11) insert it in the oven compartment in the mid-term position
and place the dripping pan (pan) (10) at the lowest height to "collect" the food trickle.
• Close the door and start the oven.
Tips:
• Depending on the food type to cook place the grid (11) and/or the dripping pan
(pan) (10) at the appropriate height.
For example: to obtain au gratin macaroni with the upper part well cooked place the
dripping pan (pan) in the highest guide, compatibly with the container dimension.
To cook chicken use the lower guide.
