Roaster and convection oven use
To familiarise with the appliance
- Temperature selection knob (4): to choose the desired temperature from 100°C
to 230°C for cooking or roasting.
- Heating elements selection (6): the appliance allows to choose between 5 position
to meet all of the different cooking needs.
Oven turned off
Lower and upper resistor + fan turned on
Upper resistor + fan turned on
Lower and upper resistor turned on
Upper resistor + roaster turned on
Lower and upper resistor + fan + roaster turned on
- Timer knob (7): turning the knob clockwise, the oven turns on in accordance with
the function selected with the knob (6) and the indicator (5) turns on. When the
set time (max 60 minutes) ends, the indicator (5) turns off together with the oven
and the sound of a bell warns that the cooking is over.
- Internal light: when the oven is turned on (indicator "5" turned on) the oven
compartment internal light turns on.
- Dripping pan (pan) (10): use it to cook meat, potatoes, poultry, fish etc. Place it
in the lowest seat of the oven compartment when using the grid or the roaster to
collect cooking liquids.
