- Tong (12) and extractor 13): useful to extract the grid or the dripping pan (pan)
(10) from the oven compartment when they're still hot. With the extractor (13) it's
possible to remove the roaster from the oven compartment.
General use modes
• The grid (11) and the pan (10) con be placed in the oven compartment at different
heights.
• Place the grid (11) and/or the pan (10) with the foods to cook in the oven compartment
inserting them in the appropriate guides.
• Turn the knob (4) on the desired temperature value.
• Turn the knob (6) on the desired function.
• Turn the timer knob (7) in correspondence with the desired cooking time. The indicator
(5) turns on.
• To set a time lower than 5 minutes turn the timer knob (7) beyond 6 minutes and then
turn it back to set the desired time.
• The cooking cycle time ending is highlighted by an acoustic signal; the knob (7) goes
back on "OFF-0".
• To stop the cooking turn the timer knob (7) on "OFF-0" manually; the acoustic signal
indicates that the resistors turned off and the indicator light (5) turns off.
Both during the cooking and when it is complete, to extract the
grid (11) or the pan (10) from the oven use the supplied special
tong (12 or 13) or pot holders.
