Fitting/replacing the saw blade
IMPORTANT:
Switch off the product, pull out the plug and
wait until all moving parts have completely
stopped before adjusting, replacing parts,
cleaning and/or carrying out maintenance.
1.
Remove the saw table insert by removing
the 2 countersunk screws.
2.
Undo the nut with a 24 mm spanner. Hold
the motor shaft securely with a 10 mm
open-ended spanner.

IMPORTANT:
Turn the nut in the blade's direction of
rotation.
3.
Remove the outer flange and pull the
blade away from the inner flange by
angling the blade.
4.
Clean the blade flanges carefully before
installing the new blade.
5.
Install the new saw blade by following the
above instructions in reverse order.
IMPORTANT:
•
Exercise care to fit the saw blade in the
right direction of rotation. The cutting
edge on the teeth should point forwards
in the direction of rotation (see the
arrow on the blade guard).
•
Always check that all the safety devices
are correctly fitted and in working order
before use.
6.
Install and adjust the splitting knife and
the blade guard.
Installing saw table extension
1.
Install the saw table extensions on the
saw table using screws and washers. Do

not fully tighten the screw joint.
2.
Screw the supports onto the saw casing
and onto the saw table extensions. Do not
fully tighten the screw joint.
3.
Align the saw table extensions so that
they are level with the saw table.
4.
Tighten all the screw unions.

HOW TO USE
PREPARATIONS
•
Check that the mains voltage corresponds
to the rated voltage on the rating plate.
•
Place the product on a flat, stable surface,
such as a work bench, or screw it onto a
robust stand.
•
Check each time before using the blade
that is correctly fitted and that moving
parts do not jam. The blade must be able
to rotate freely.
•
All covers and safety devices must be fitted
before starting the product.
•
Make sure there are no nails, screws or
other foreign objects in the workpieces,
which could cause kickback, personal
injury and/or damage to property.
LENGTHWISE SAWING
Lengthwise sawing means sawing along the
tree's grain. Lay the workpiece with a flat side
against the saw table and press one edge
against the parallel fence. The blade guard
must always be lowered over the workpiece.
Never stand in the direction of sawing in the
case of lengthwise sawing.
1.
Adjust the parallel fence according to the
workpiece's thickness and the desired width.
2.
Start the saw.
3.
Keep your fingers together, lay your hands
flat on the workpiece and move the
workpiece towards the blade along the
