WARNING!
Pull out the plug, switch off the product and
wait until all moving parts have completely
stopped before adjusting, maintenance and/
or replacing accessories.
Installing/removing blade guards
1.
Install the blade guard on the splitting
knife with the screw through the hole in
the splitting knife.
2.
Do not tighten the screw too firmly – the
blade guard must be able to move freely.
3.
Follow the instructions in reverse order to
remove the blade guard.

WARNING!
The blade guard must always be lowered
over the workpiece before sawing.
Adjusting the splitting knife
Switch off the product, pull out the plug and
wait until all moving parts have completely
stopped before adjusting, replacing parts,
cleaning and/or carrying out maintenance.
1.
Set the blade to the largest cutting depth,
move it to 0° and lock.
2.
Remove the blade guard.
3.
Remove the saw table insert.
4.
Loosen the mounting screw.

Setting max. material thickness
1.
Lift up the splitting knife so that the distance
between the saw table and the top of the
splitting knife is approx. 10 cm.
2.
The distance between the blade and the
splitting knife must be 3–5 mm.
3.
Tighten the screw and install the saw
table insert.

Replacing the saw table insert
Replace the saw table insert immediately if it
is worn or damaged, as otherwise there is a
risk of personal injury.
1.
Remove the blade guard.
2.
Remove the countersunk screw.
3.
Remove the saw bench insert.
4.
Follow the instructions in reverse order to
install a new saw table insert.
