Intended Use - BEHAbelt PPuls HP01 Mode D'emploi

Make sure that the parameters adjusted in the unit like welding temperature, welding
time and PID regulation parameters are matching the equipment connected to the unit
(hot press, pump, etc.). Double check these parameters before usage.
Wrong parameters can lead to damages of the equipment and danger through hot
surfaces or electrical shock. Always test before using the hot press if the selected
parameters result in the required behaviour of the equipment.
Make sure the wiring of the connection cables between PPuls controller and hot press
is correct. Wrong wiring can lead to the risk of electrical shock, damage of the unit or
poor function.
Hot presses might be heavy equipment. Be carefully in lifting and carrying heavy
equipment. Comply with safety regulations.
Always connect all cables correctly to the unit. Wrong connected cables can be lead
to the risk of electrical shock, damage of the unit or poor function. Use only from
BEHAbelt authorized accessories or cables.
Authorized personnel only may change the internal fuses. Only use original BEHAbelt
fuses FBEC26 (PPuls Element) as replacement. The use of other fuses can lead to
danger for the user and can damage the controller or connected equipment.
Reparaturen dürfen nur von dafür ausgebildeten Personen durchgeführt werden.
Schicken Sie dazu die Steuerung zu einem autorisierten BEHAbelt Service-Partner
oder direkt zum BEHAbelt Stammwerk.
Avoid warming by direct sunlight or by placing the unit on or next to heat sources.
Otherwise, lifetime will decrease and proper function cannot be guaranteed and thus
can endanger the user.
The metal frame (PPuls Extended) gets warm (max. 65°C) during normal operation.
If the unit is used in specified conditions, the frame cannot reach dangerous tem-
perature. The unit is internally protected against overheating. If the power amplifier
is getting too hot the unit will switch of automatically. This will be shown on the
display as "Over temperature".
The unit is for indoor use only. Never use the unit in wet or damp environment.
Avoid any contact of the device with water.
Never use the unit in an explosive environment.

1.5 Intended use

The unit may be used only under the conditions and for the purposes for which it
was designed. Therefore, observe in particular the safety instructions, the technical
data including environmental conditions.
Only trained persons can use the unit. Make sure that it is used only in a safe
environment.
