1 Intended Use
The Lithium Ion (Li Ion) Battery Pack is an accessory intended to supply power to specified
Philips Respironics sleep therapy and noninvasive ventilation devices. The Li Ion Battery
Pack is intended to be used in home, hospitals, and institutions.
The Li Ion battery Pack is compatible with the following Philips Respironics sleep therapy
devices and noninvasive ventilation devices:
• DreamStation CPAP and BiPAP sleep therapy devices
• System One CPAP and BiPAP sleep therapy devices
• Dorma sleep therapy devices
• BiPAP AVAPS and BiPAP S/T noninvasive ventilation devices
The Li Ion Battery Pack is referred to as "the battery pack" throughout the remainder of
these instructions.
